Our founder led the creation of Nixer Comp Reinsurance Ltd. SPC, initially domiciled in Bermuda and later redomiciled to Grand Cayman — a process requiring full regulatory engagement, capital compliance, legal restructuring, and operational migration under Cayman’s Segregated Portfolio Company framework.
